RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
You can return within 7 days after receiving your order.
Place your item and the original packing slip back in the bag or box. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the package. You must postmark your package within 5 days of receiving your return authorization number.
Returns without tags or that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, have pet hair, or appear to have been tampered with in any way will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification that your refund or store credit has been processed to original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE:
It can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit once we receive your return.
If you need to exchange items that are time sensitive due to an upcoming event, be sure let us know and we will do our best to expedite the process !!
Sale items may be returned for Store Credit Only!
REFUNDS
We offer refunds on all products unless the product is marked “store credit only” or “sale”. All returns for refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
STORE CREDIT
We offer store credit on all products equal to the total amount of the returned item. Store credit is considered a payment method and is valid for five years after the issue date. Store credit cannot be used towards shipping costs.
