eCheque Payments
eCheque is like a regular check payment only in electronic form. Just choose this option and fill in all necessary info: account number, routing number and cheque number. It’s convenient alternative to credit card payments. It’s onetime payment without possibility of recurring charges, thus no room for identity theft or fraud.
Please note that:
- processing of your order with e-check will take additional 5 days. It is so due to the peculiarity of this payment option and security measures involved.
- you have to answer the call or call the payment provider back to confirm your transaction. We count 5 days from the date you’ve confirmed your transaction with the payment provider.
- In 5 days we change your order status to Processed and send it to our doctor for review which takes 2-3 days. After doctor’s approval we ship your order. The shipping time (please, count from send date) is 7-14 business days.
- All not confirmed orders will be cancelled in 3 days.
- Refund via e-check takes from up to 3 weeks. To process a refund we need:
- Bank name
- Bank Address
- Swift Code
- IBAN
- it’s not possible to use someone else’s checking account ( some of your relatives or friends). Such cheques are declined by the bank. The customer should use his own account to pay for the order.
- eCheque payment option is available only for USA customers.

How would I know when my product(s) have been shipped?
A confirmation email on shipment will be sent to your email address.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on this website would be shipped using any of the following priority Courier Service depending on your location and country except otherwise specified by the customer; USPS and other carriers.
Problem with my order:
If you can see that they are damaged, do not sign for them and contact us immediately. We will arrange for your order to be re-shipped. If you discover that items are faulty after you have signed for them, please notify us by email or telephone within 10 days of receiving them. You must quote your Order Number and product descriptions and indicate your reason for return. Please then return goods in their original packaging. Pending our inspection and verification that products are faulty, we will get in touch with you to offer a full refund, re-shipment or exchange. If you wish to return goods that are not faulty, you may do so within 7 days since receiving them. You must notify us by email or telephone, supplying us with your Order Number and product descriptions and indicate your reason for return. Goods must be in their original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition. We suggest that you use registered post to send your goods back to us to ensure that they arrive safely.
How can I check my order status?
You will be required to get in touch with us with the Order Number that was provided to you in the confirmation email when you have placed your order. However, once your package has been shipped, you will be supplied with a tracking number.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping within the U.S and Canada takes between 3-5 days while shipping outside the U.S and Canada takes between 5-7 business days. However, shipping is not an exact science: weather, terror alerts, shipping restrictions, time of the year and other force majeure circumstances play a role.
What do I do if my order gets lost in the post?
Very rarely, orders can get lost along the postal chain. We always have proof that we have sent out your order and we can check to make sure that the package has or hasn't been signed for at the delivery address. If there is a problem we will be able to claim compensation for you. We do not consider a package to be lost until 15 business days after it was sent before we can make a claim. Due to this, it can take a while for compensation to be fulfilled.
